  • How do I get started?
    Our team will work directly with you to set up and configure all requirements for your practice. Once set up, you can begin capturing sessions and generating notes right away. The Consa team is here to help you through the process.
  • Will my clients be aware that I am using Consa?
    This is up to each provider's and organization’s discretion, as well as local law. We highly recommend that you ask for patient permission prior to the session. We can provide you with a template for consent if you do not have one.
  • What note formats are available?
    Consa comes configured with common note structures i.e. SOAP, DAP, PIRP, SIRP, GIRP, BIRP, and PIE—to help you document intakes, services, and progress notes. We also offer the flexibility to create and customize your own templates, ensuring they fit your practice’s needs.
  • How does Consa process and store data?
    Consa is HIPAA compliant and uses secure, encrypted servers to process and store data, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
  • How do my notes get sent into my EHR?
    Once you have ‘Approved’ the session, Consa automatically syncs and transfers the clinical notes into your EHR platform. We support a variety of major EHR platforms and can work with you to set up custom integrations if needed.
  • Does Consa work for in-person and telehealth sessions?
    Yes, Consa can be used for both in-person and telehealth sessions. You also have the option to upload an audio file.
  • What support and maintenance is provided?
    We provide support via email, phone, and in-person. The Consa team is here to help address any technical questions that you may have.
