What note formats are available?

Consa comes configured with common note structures i.e. SOAP, DAP, PIRP, SIRP, GIRP, BIRP, and PIE—to help you document intakes, services, and progress notes. We also offer the flexibility to create and customize your own templates, ensuring they fit your practice’s needs.

How do my notes get sent into my EHR?

Once you have ‘Approved’ the session, Consa automatically syncs and transfers the clinical notes into your EHR platform. We support a variety of major EHR platforms and can work with you to set up custom integrations if needed.
Will my clients be aware that I am using Consa?

This is up to each provider's and organization’s discretion, as well as local law. We highly recommend that you ask for patient permission prior to the session.
