Consa is an innovative, AI-powered solution developed by Garnet River, a 25 year old technology company based out of Saratoga Springs, NY. It was developed in response to a behavioral health organization’s need to streamline therapy session documentation by delivering timely and compliant notes, leading to improved operational efficiencies and increased revenue.
Consa uses AI to translate therapy sessions into structured, comprehensive notes, in the “SOAP” format, or any other required format. Consa ensures that the notes are precise and timely, allowing practitioners to focus more on their patients – their Mission - and less on paperwork.
Consa is the only session documentation software that includes Voicesense, a clinically validated* tool that leverages signal processing, clinical psychology, and voice analysis to aide clinicians in evaluating and managing their patients’ well-being. This is not “speech to text,” but rather a voice to sentiment tool. It helps the therapist interpret what is going on with their patient emotionally, going beyond the patient’s mere words.
Consa is HIPAA Compliant and follows the latest HL7 standards for seamless integration into a customer’s EHR system.
